Kindness 2024: BOSS nonprofit inspires Long Beach’s next generation of young Black, Brown boys

Everett Glenn knew since middle school that the road to success included hard work, discipline and focus.

But during that time, his life was also transformed because of his strong support system, which invested in him from a young age to instill his strong determination and persistence for his success.

Now a retired attorney, Glenn is giving back to his community by providing the same support he received when he was younger. He is doing so through his nonprofit, Business of Student Success — or BOSS.
