Become a BOSS Mentor or Volunteer
Volunteers with BOSS can make an impact in many ways, including serving as academic tutors to support math and reading growth, mentoring boys as positive role models, leading workshops on financial literacy, health, or career pathways, assisting with BOSS Saturdays and special events such as the Summer Academy and Showcase, offering professional expertise in STEM, law, business, or sports to provide career exposure, supporting family engagement activities through the Parents Council, and helping with administrative, communications, or fundraising efforts to strengthen organizational capacity.
