BOSS Connected is the long-term infrastructure behind the BOSS mission—a lifelong community of BOSS alumni and the network of students, professionals, mentors, and friends who share a commitment to expanding access, opportunity, and economic mobility. Together, members leverage their relationships, experiences, and success to transform potential into possibility, possibility into achievement, and achievement into opportunity for those coming behind them.
BOSS Connected is led by Jaylin Franklin, a BOSS alumnus whose journey reflects the very mission of the organization. From a 6th-grade participant to college graduate and technology professional, Jaylin now leads efforts to connect alumni, students, and professionals through mentorship, networking, workforce development, and opportunity—transforming individual success into collective impact.
