BOSS Weekend 2026

BOSS Showcase | June 8

Hosted at the CSULB Walter Pyramid, scholars engaged with more than 20 professionals from organizations including Microsoft, Tesla, AEG, the Port of Long Beach, HSBC, the Los Angeles Chargers, and the Los Angeles Philharmonic. Through keynote presentations, mentor roundtables, and career panels, students learned firsthand that success is built through preparation, discipline, resilience, and relationships—not luck.

BOSS Awards Gala | June 6

The weekend began by celebrating six scholars whose lives exemplify the BOSS Pillars: Economically, Emotionally, Mentally, Physically, Socially, and Spiritually BOSS. Community leaders from City National Bank, Long Beach City College, Microsoft, AEG, and the Port of Long Beach presented the awards, reinforcing that excellence in character is as important as excellence in achievement.

More Than Events

BOSS Weekend isn’t simply a celebration—it’s a demonstration of the BOSS developmental model. Every experience is intentionally designed to surround scholars with high expectations, meaningful relationships, and real-world opportunities that build the knowledge, confidence, character, and habits needed to succeed in school, work, and life.

Three days. Countless conversations. Lifelong relationships. A future reimagined.
